The project involved analysis of Internet banking systems (IBSs) available on the Polish market both for local Polish and foreign banks.
The study made it possible to identify the functionalities of existing systems and prepare a glossary of terms used in IBSs in order to compare product names used by various banks.
The main objective of the project was to prepare and conduct user experience research on innovative communication solutions between the bank and the client, using observation tools (Observer XT manufactured by Noldus company). The study was conducted with participation of potential users of the system.
