Marketers use different influencing techniques such as non-standard forms of advertising to reduce ad avoidance. Sponsorship vignette is one of such nonstandard types of advertising. Despite the advantages of this form of advertising, advertisers are afraid of placing vignettes in the context of popular but controversial programs on lifestyle channels due to the presence of content (e.g. reports from autopsy, consequences of heroin addiction etc.) that can evoke negative emotions.

EU Kids Online – Kids on the Internet
EU Kids Online is a multinational research network. It seeks to enhance knowledge and to continuously provide empirical evidence of European children’s and young people’s online experiences and related opportunities and risks. The network uses multiple methods to map children’s and parents’ experience of the internet, in dialogue with national and European policy stakeholders. This includes large-scale comparative surveys as the 2010 study in 25 European countries and smaller studies with a specific focus on particular questions. In previous years EU Kids Online has been funded by the EC’s Safer Internet / Better Internet for Kids programmes.

The Genomic Map of Poland will be created as part of the ”ECBiG – European Centre of Bioinformatics and Genomics” project – the first initiative which is launched as part of the Polish Roadmap for Research Infrastructures.
